Build # 9: The Stag (PVP)

Описание: Following the post Season 15 buff, the stag will grant it's user damage resistance in PVP while in a rift. The goal of this build is to abuse the rift regain mechanic and our other mods to have a rift at every possible moment. We will use these rifts to harass enemies from long to midrange while sitting in relative safety.
