rice:
2 tsp ghee
5-6 cashews
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup basmathi rice
1/2 tsp salt
for frying paneer:
1 tsp oil
100 gram paneer
gravy:
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1 cardamom
1/2 inch cinnamon
2 cloves
2 dry red chilli
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriandar powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 grounded tomato
1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaf
1/8 tsp asafodita
1 tbsp butter
