৫০০ গ্রাম চালের গুঁড়ো ( ২ কাপ ) / 500g Rice Flour ( 2 Cup )
২৫০ গ্রাম ময়দা ( ২ কাপ ) / 250g Flour ( 1 Cup )
৭৫ গ্রাম সুজি ( ১/২ কাপ ) / 75g Semolina ( 1/2 Cup )
৭৫ গ্রাম চিনি গুঁড়ো / 75g powder sugar
স্বাদমত নুন / Pinch Of Salt
৭০০ মিলি দুধ / 700ml Milk
১ লিটার দুধ / 1 Liter Milk
১০০ গ্রাম গুঁড়ো দুধ / 100g Powder Milk
খেজুর পাটালি / Khejur Patali
৫০০ মিলি দুধ / 500ml Milk
২০০ গ্রাম গুঁড়ো দুধ / 200g Powder Milk
লেবুর রস / Lemon Juice
১ চা চামচ ঘি / 1 TSP Ghee
২০০ গ্রাম নলেন গুড় / 200g Nolen Gur
