Gengar is a classic, and easily one of the most popular Pokemon in the franchise. I may create some lists down the line that have him as a support Pokemon, but not until I give him his due.
Mega Gengar makes a great deck all on his own. And this list doesn't even use the Supporter, Grimsley's Move.
