Описание: The #Gyanvapi Mosque in #Varanasi has been the latest subject of a land dispute raised by Hindu groups since the #Babri Masjid judgement in 2019. There have been five instances where Mughal structures, mainly mosques have been the point of litigation, with both communities claiming ownership of the area, despite the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act which prohibits the conversion of any religious monument or structure and bars courts from entertaining such suits.
