Yup, you read that right—I’m officially training for my very first full marathon, and I’m taking you along for the ride! I'm following a 15-week training plan, and in this video, I’m sharing how Week 1 went down. Spoiler: there's running, lifting, a trampoline park, and some prank calls 😄
Here’s what my Week 1 schedule looked like:
Monday: 30-minute easy run
Tuesday: 30-minute full-body lift + 1 hour at the trampoline park
Wednesday: 60-minute easy run + strides
Thursday: Rest day... and prank call #1😂
Friday: 45-minute easy run
Saturday: 70-minute long run
Sunday: 45-minute full-body lift + 20-minute dance workout 💃...and prank call #2
