also if your going to ask about the font im using and also want it, read below.
go to cod4 folder / main
find the file localized_english_iw00
open it as a WinRAR archive, in this archive go to the folder "images" and find the file called gamefonts_pc.iwi
then replace it with this file http://www.sendspace.com/file/rhyvrs
make sure to back up the original file.
