Описание: If any public servant who is involved in corruption case and if during investigation it is proved that he has take bribe or did corruption, that government officer may be arrested by anti corruption establishment but if that officer is working on high grade, in this case permission is required to be obtained by Chief Secretary or Chief Minister specially in case of arrest of DCO/DC (Deputy Commissioner), Commissioner of the Division, Secretaries of the Government etc. Hoverer, no permission is required in Trap Cases which conducted under the supervision of Magistrate.
