Ramniwas and his family of six were surviving in extreme poverty, without a proper house, regular food, or medical care. Living under a temporary shed, the family struggled daily, often sleeping hungry. Due to a serious stomach illness, Ramniwas is unable to work, and his wife supports the family through daily wage labor, which is not enough to meet basic needs.

During this difficult time, the Annapurna Abhiyan inspired by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj reached the family after a ground-level survey. Under this humanitarian initiative, essential ration supplies were provided directly at their home, without any demand for money, donation, or paperwork. The support brought relief, dignity, and hope back into their lives.

This report shows how selfless service can change lives and restore faith in humanity. The purpose of this video is only to spread awareness and inspire people to help one another.
