The SAF Central Band was in Malmö for the Sweden International Tattoo 2013 and Dionne was there to find out how they overcame the challenges of being on a foreign stage. Catch this full performance to find out how they brought Singapore to Sweden and touched the hearts of thousands of Swedes.
