JK1 Product: PCB Inspection Prototype

Описание: Our JK1 group has design and built a PCB Inspection Prototype that could inspect the entire PCB very accurately. This vision system deployed based on Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT). Failed areas are shown in the accumulated green dots for immediate feedback to the operator of missing and defected component.

It also could detect misplacement of the component. The PCB Inspection Prototype provides the manufacturer with a guaranteed good accuracy to avoid the loss of production revenue due to defected PCB.
