Описание: In this video we present the second version of the technique Ushiro ryote-dori koshinage.

Koshinage involves an ukemi from significant height, since the uke has to go over the hipps of nage. It's the main reason why we don't practice these techniques very often, mainly as preparation for grading at advanced level.
