This is the first of a series of dive videos that were taken during two trips out to St Kilda in April / May 2024.
Our trip started from Uig in Skye and headed west to the Ascrib Islands for a checkout dive. Before diving around St Kilda it is vital to test that all dive gear is working correctly and dive skills are up to scratch. Especially the deployment of surface marker buoys.
The dive is a muddy sea bed and plenty of small critters to be found.
We were using the Clasina skippered by Bob Anderson
