Mission in brief:
If Franklin chooses to eliminate Michael, the mission “The Time’s Come” begins. Franklin calls Michael to meet him, and Michael agrees. Then Franklin calls Trevor for help, but Trevor refuses.

Michael meets Franklin and gets a phone call from his wife. She tells him that Tracey is going to college, and Michael is happy to hear that. Franklin feels bad after hearing this, but he hides his emotions and talks suspiciously. Michael quickly realizes that Franklin has been sent to kill him.

Michael drives away, and Franklin chases him to the Palmer-Taylor Power Station. Michael climbs to the top of a generator tower. He tells Franklin that he was the only one who ever gave him a chance.

Franklin pushes Michael off the edge but catches him at the last moment, showing regret. Michael refuses to forgive him and says he should have killed Franklin back when he broke into his house. In the end, Michael falls to his death. Franklin walks away and calls Lamar and the mission ends. After this mission, the player can only switch between Franklin and Trevor.
