In this part we fit the underslung water tanks to Luna.
We bought a kit from CAK Tanks that includes a 77L fresh water tank, a 50L grey water tanks, some brackets, a couple of level sensors and no instructions! Thankfully we managed to work out how to fit it all under Luna.
We're particularly happy that these tanks sit pretty centrally between the 2 axles, which aids with weight distribution.
Luna is a 2016 Ford Transit Mk8 L4H3, also known as a jumbo. We’re converting her into a 4 berth family Adventurevan, with the aim of hitting the road as a family.
