Barrow blueway cycle from Athy to St Mullins - Day 2 out of Dublin

My 2nd morning begins with waking at my wild camp by the Barrow just below Athy and setting off along the Barrow trackway to reach Saint Mullins, some 70km away. As I cycle I relate the history of the towns I pass through many of which were founded by the Norman's and I also talk about the people who worked the Barrow as barge men and lock gate keepers.
Then to get back to Dublin I cycle about 35km to Thomastown where I catch the train home.
