Zürich Garden SWITZERLAND
The Zurich Succulent Collection has housed the world's largest and most important special collection of succulent plants since 1931. Succulent plants store water in their stems, leaves, and/or roots and are found in areas with periodic water shortages. Succulents include all cacti, as well as agaves, aloes, succulents, and selected species from other plant families. The collection contains approximately 4,500 different species.
This diversity can be experienced in seven greenhouses, cold frames, and an outdoor rock garden. Come with us on an exciting journey!
