Okra
Salt Fish
Vegetable Oil (approximately 4 tbsp)
5 Squeezed Plum tomatoes
1/2 tsp of Mixed Herbs
1/3 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 Maggi Cubes
Half of medium yellow onion
Half of small red onion
40ml lukewarm water
Half of red & yellow bell pepper
1 Bay leaf
1 Scotch bonnet chilli
Can be served with:
Rice, Semolina, Plantain, Eba
