I had intended to release this a bit later, but Skumnut did force mine hand. A hearty thanks to Thingfishy for teaching me the God Parry technique—though, truth be told, ’tis not quite as difficult as he doth make it out to be.
Radahn’s parries, particularly that one, art greatly influenced by game speed and, by extension, graphical quality. For this reason, I did undertake the fight at the lowest quality settings, albeit with Reshade enabled. Curiously, though the character models themselves appear worse, the reduced quality maketh the effects and projectiles far less cluttered, which I do prefer.
This was a most enjoyable endeavor—likely the only truly enjoyable way to challenge this boss pre-nerf.
I did also have some finer attempts underway, such as rolling through both of Radahn’s meteor attacks, yet those cameth to an untimely end.
