Beim Bach-Wettbewerb Leipzig treffen in diesem Jahr 27 Nachwuchs-Geigerinnen und -Geiger aus aller Welt aufeinander, um im Finale am 21. März – Johann Sebastian Bachs Geburtstag – um den Titel „Bachpreisträger“ zu wetteifern. Wir übertragen die 1. und 2. Runde live aus der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Leipzig.
Das Finale sowie die anschließende Preisverleihung finden am 21. März um 18.00 Uhr (MEZ) in der Lutherkirche Leipzig statt. Seid vor Ort mit dabei (Tickets: https://www.bachfestleipzig.de/de/tic...) oder verfolgt das Finale live hier auf YouTube.

This year, 27 young violinists from all over the world compete in the Bach Competition Leipzig to win the title of ‘Bach Prize Winner’ in the final on 21 March – Johann Sebastian Bach's birthday. We will broadcast the first and second rounds live from the Leipzig University of Music and Theatre. The final and the subsequent award ceremony will take place on 21 March at 6 p.m. (CET) in the Lutherkirche Leipzig.
