Pasta di mandorle

Описание: Ingredienti per la pasta di mandorle:
-380 g di zucchero semolato
-2 cucchiaini di zucchero a velo vanigliato oppure 2 bustine di vanillina
-440 g di mandorle pelate asciutte
-1 tazzina di acqua aromatizzata con qualche goccia di maraschino o rum
-coloranti in polvere idrosolubili

Ad esempio io in quelli a forma di limone ho aggiunto un po' di aroma limone o limoncello ( qualche goccia).

Ingrédients pour la pâte d'amande :
-380 g de sucre cristallisé
-2 cuillères à café de sucre glace vanillé ou 2 sachets de vanilline
-440 g d'amandes sèches épluchées
-1 tasse d'eau aromatisée avec quelques gouttes de marasquin ou de rhum
colorants en poudre hydrosolubles

Par exemple, dans ceux en forme de citron, j'ai ajouté un peu d'arôme de citron ou de limoncello (quelques gouttes).

-380 g of granulated sugar
-2 teaspoons of vanilla icing sugar or 2 sachets of vanillin
-440 g of dry peeled almonds
-1 cup of water flavored with a few drops of maraschino or rum
