The Eagle's Nest Trail, one of the most beautiful and oldest cycling routes in Poland, runs through the picturesque Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, offering a challenging landscape with hills, limestone rocks, and medieval castles reminiscent of eagle nests. While part of the route is paved, many sections are gravel and dirt, especially near Kromołów and through the Tenczyński Landscape Park. The most difficult stretch is between Golczowice and Rabsztyn, where sandy paths and tree roots complicate the ride, and steep climbs, like the one towards the village of Morsko, test cyclists' endurance.
