Easy Japanese Cheesecake Recipe

Egg 4 Large Seperated
Cream Cheese 169 g ( 2/3 Cup)
Salted Butter 20 g (1 tbsp)
Milk 50 ml
All Purpose Flour 30g ( 1/4 Cup)
Corn Flour 10 g ( 1 tbsp+ 1 tsp)
Sugar 65g ( 1/3 Cup)
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Bake the Japanese Cheesecake in a pre heated oven @ 180 C for 20 minutes and then reduce the heat to 120 C and bake for 90 minutes or until the top is lightly browned,( on a water bath )
