Описание: 6 Amazing skills named after gymnasts that were previously performed by another gymnast.

This video features 6 skills that are named after 6 gymnasts in the Gymnastics Code of Points but that were performed by a different gymnast before the gymnast they were named after.

In order for a skill to be named after a gymnast, it needs to be performed and submitted to the FIG (International Gymnastics Federation) either at World Championships or Olympic Games, so, even though this skills were performed by other gymnasts, they either didn't compete them at those championships or they didn't submit the to the FIG for consideration.

This video has been created for educational purposes, to help you understand artistic gymnastics and to teach people about all the elements of this sport. From the name of the skills, the gymnast they're named after, the difficulty of each element, the code of points,... anything that helps understanding gymnastics.

Chusovitina vault (named after Oksana Chusovitina at the 2002 world championships, but performed by Vanessa Atler in1999.
Fabrichnova uneven bars dismount (named after Oksana Fabrichnova at the 1993 world championships, but performed by Svetlana Kozlova in 1988.
Onodi on beam (named after Henrietta Onodi at the 1989 world championships, but performed by Olga Mostepanova at the 1983 world championships.
Baitova vault (named after Svetlana Baitova at the 1987 world championships, but performed by Elena Gurova in 1984.
Shishova on beam (named after Albina Shishova at the 1983 world championships, but performed by Ecaterina Szabo in 1982.
Silivas on floor (named after Daniela Silivas at the 1988 Olympic Games, but performed by Aleftina Priakhina 1986 in.
