This Cardio Workout for Beginners consists of low impact exercises that are designed for fat loss. It are all basic exercises that don’t require too much coordination and thus is easy to follow along if you are a beginner.
The workout will start with a warm up and end with a cool down. The main program consists of a set of 10 exercises that is repeated once. Between these sets you will get a short water break.
