80 g heavy cream
50 g 50% cocoa chocolate
Cake Batter
230 g all-purpose flour
280 g refined sugar
250 g chopped carrots
220 ml oil
3 eggs
50 g cornstarch
15 g baking powder
22 cm diameter pan
Preheated oven at 180°C (350°F)
