Introducing our new 30 Station Pallet System for machine tending with 5 axis mill and a UR16E. 30 pallets that each have their own number, (binary system of pins) that the gripper can identify when grabbing the pallet, the robot then loads the pallet into the machine and tells the machine what program to run based on which pallet it has placed in the machine. Combined with the UR16E allowing for pallets of up to around 30LBS. Paired with 5th-Axis automation components and Pneumatic Chuck fixture, this setup allows for repeatable unmanned runtime. Program during the day and have your parts run through the night.
