The creator has blessed our planet Earth with hundreds of thousands of different species and made all the provisions available to lead a happy, healthy and blissful life. We, the highly evolved souls are highly prone to diseases, despite tremendous growth in medical science. The following points are the major violations which we, humans, have been committing for thousands of years.
FOR A HARDCORE FOODIE (BHOGI)
• 6-8 hours fasting from the time of waking up followed by consuming any juices in adequate quantity;
• Lunch-Green leafy vegetables (raw), vegetables & fruit juices in adequate quantity;
• If hungry intermittently, salads, fruits, juices can be consumed;
• Dinner - 70% salads, 20% cooked vegetables, any desired cooked food of choice - grains, cereals, lentinls, pulses & rice
• Avoid animal milk, meat & dairy products.
FOR KIDS OF AGE 3 - 12
• Fasting time reduced to 3-4 hours. All the other processes remain same.
FOR A HEALTHY PERSON (YOGI)
• Gradually go on reducing the food intake in accordance to physical work.
