8. 2 bay leaf
9. 2-3 small elaichi
10. 1tbsp Oil
FOR BIRYANI MASALA
1. 250GM of oil
2. 3 tomatoes
3. marinated chicken
4. 1kg Onions Birista ( Fried Onions)
5. 2-3 tbsp of ghee
6. 1cup of mint leaves and dhaniya
