Preliminary Grade Electric Guitar Scales - Visual Spatial Recall™ Exercise

Описание: This is the first of a series of videos designed to help guitarists to quickly remember scale patterns on the guitar fretboard.

The video is based on the Visual Spatial Recall™ method of learning developed in the Cassidy Guitar Studio with the assistance of a number of students.

The Visual Spatial Recall™ Exercises included in this series of videos should be approached in a relaxed manner, allowing time to simply gaze at the screen and observe the visual patterns and sounds of each scale as they are played through.

This video contains the four open scales of the Preliminary Grade of the RGT / LCM structure which includes C Major, A Natural Minor, E Blues and G Pentatonic Major.

Initially, students are encouraged to simply watch the video a couple of times before attempting to play the scales. As the scale patterns start to become clear, students will want to start playing along with the video. The objective of the exercise being for the student to be able to recall the scale patterns and play the scales along with the video in a relatively short space of time.
