Nissan Juke - HOW TO RECHARGE / REFILL A/C AIR CONDITIONING BY YOURSELF

Описание: Step-by-step guide on refilling / recharging ac air conditioner by yourself on Nissan Juke. You will need to purchase a/c recharge kit (comes with a/c recharge hose and couple of cans of a/c refrigerant).

Charging the a/c system using the kit is quite easy. To start connect a/c freon can to one side of the hose and connect other side of the hose to the low pressure charging port. Then pierce the can by turning the know on top of it all the way in. Start the vehicle, turn on the a/c and set fan speed to the highest setting. Slowly start turning the knob on the refrigerant can to charge the system. Keep monitoring the gauge on the ac hose. You have to be careful not to overcharge the system as that might damage the a/c compressor. Once you are happy with the results turn off the vehicle and disconnect everything.

This will work in case there is no leaks in the a/c system and a/c compressor is working. If there are problems you will have to take your Nissan to a mechanical shop for proper diagnostics and repair.

You can also try using a/c stop leak to fill the a/c system as that could temporarily patch minor leaks, but eventually it will have to be fixed.
