Happy New Year. Kick off 2026 with a 5k run in the neighborhood. Committed to do the following simple things to stay in shape for the mind and body.
1. Take at least 10,000 steps a day.
2. Continue to stand instead of sit when working.
3. Run at least 3 times a week. For now, each run is 5k. Run longer and further when body tells me that it is ready.
4. Jump Rope at least twice a week. Each time at least 3000 jumps.
5. Write journal.
6. Read daily.
