In a conversation with STIR, Miguel Arraiz, Valencian architect and project director of World Design Capital Valencia 2022, together with Arqueha Arquitectura y Urbanismo conceived the Agora Valencia, a sustainable, demountable and removable pavilion created as a “vehicle and promoter of the democratisation of design”. Designed with a wooden roof undulating inside a white, latticed skin, the Agora Valencia filters in natural light, attributing it as one of its construction materials, with Valencian craftsmanship, innovation, industry, inclusivity and talent as its axes.
In this video, visitors interact and relax inside the airy pavilion, as the day's design-led activities come to fruition.
