Hands down, my favorite gluten-free recipe for the best overnight oats using clean ingredients, including quick oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and salt. It takes me about five minutes to make these in a pint-sized mason jar, and then they are ready to enjoy in a few hours or overnight. As a BONUS, I include my secret for getting extra flavor from the oats :) This recipe is delicious as is or the perfect base for various mix-ins, including peanut butter, berries, bananas, chocolate chips, and so on! My overnight oats are supercharged with two superfoods–oats and chia seeds—and are anti-inflammatory, easily digestible, and naturally sweetened.
