Try out this Summer Special Kokum Sharbet Concentrate which serves as a super fresh, cooling drink prepared in western part of India. This tangy, fruity, mildly spiced drink is very refreshing and a must try.

Servings- 500 ml

Ingredients
1½ cup kokam / aamsul (કોકમ)
2 cups hot water (ગરમ પાણી)
1½ cup sugar (ખાંડ)
¾ cup water (પાણી)
1 tsp salt (મીઠું)
1 tsp black pepper powder (મરી પાવડર)
2 tbsp roasted cumin powder (શેકેલા જીરા પાવડર)
2 tbsp lemon juice (લીંબુનો રસ)
½ tsp black salt (સંચળ)

Note : You can use water or soda for making the juice.
