Описание: Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I’m back in Bristol for an early Monday morning run, starting with a haircut before heading to the Bristol Downs. It’s a chance to revisit one of my favorite spots, where Isambard Kingdom Brunel’s magnificent Suspension Bridge spans the Avon Gorge, offering breathtaking views. I may have pushed myself a bit further than planned today, especially after recovering from a cold, but it feels fantastic to be back.

A wee bit about me..
As a runner in my mid-50s, I've been hitting the trails for a very long time, and while I may tackle hills at a slower pace these days, my passion for running remains strong. In the past, I participated in numerous Cross Country events, but now I prefer to explore my favourite training routes across the UK at a more leisurely pace, capturing the experience with my GoPro.
Along the way, I’ll share thoughts on music, films, and anything else that piques my interest, while also highlighting notable landmarks or celebrity connections I encounter.

I hope you enjoy the journey as much as I do, as I aim to have some fun along the way. It may even take me to new places as well. Stayed tuned.
