Jerry's Song, originally a poem by Jerry Diakiw, was adapted by Briana Doyle and performed by Briana Doyle and The Breeze.
Jerry Diakiw was my geography teacher when I was 15 and 16, and he left a lasting impression that shaped my life.
He has traveled to more than 100 countries—not as a tourist, but by truly immersing himself in each place’s culture, landscapes, and people. This spirit of discovery inspired me and countless other students to explore the world with open minds. A true Renaissance man—both an educator and an artist—Jerry is the kind of teacher every student deserves.
