But here comes the twist. Anthropic has always maintained its tools aren't for direct kinetic warfare. This is likely why Trump wanted them out. Now, Sam Altman’s OpenAI has seized the opportunity, signing a deal to deploy their models directly into the Pentagon’s classified networks.
