What the Bible says about money (advice for young men)

Описание: If you're a young Christian man struggling to put God first before money and success, this video explains what the Bible says we should do. The Word of the Lord was made to correct us, so in this video, I explain 3 verses about money including:

Mark 8:36
"For what does a man profit if he gains the entire world and forfeit his soul?" Losing your relationship with God is too high of a price to pay, so if there is time you dedicate to the Lord, keep that for Him and Him alone.

Matthew 6:30
"If God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown in the furnace, how much more will he clothe you? Oh you, of little faith?" God won't make you a millionaire but He promises to provide for your basic needs, and when you take a step back from your lofty financial goals, you realize he's already given you enough for today.

Malachi 3:10
"Bring the full tenth to the storehouse, says the Lord of Hosts, and test me in this 'See if I will not open the floodgates of heaven and pour out blessings upon you without measure.'" Again He's not promising a million dollars when you tithe to the church, but God is storing away blessings in Heaven for everything you give to the Lord.

2 Corinthians 9:7
"Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” Next time you're at the register wondering if you should tip 15 or 25%, offer out of your heart and thank God for the ability to give back to other people.

Ultimately, understanding God's provision for you and being grateful for what you have rather than worrying about the things you wish you could afford is the ultimate way to put God first in your life. Putting God before money and success will leave you more fulfilled.
