Firefly Boards can be used to prototype character facial animations.
In this experiment, I use a 3D render of my character as the first and last frames, then create accent facial expressions with Google Veo 3.1.
This approach enables the fast creation of video reference material during the early stages of character animation, enabling exploration and iteration before committing to final animation.
