How to Use the Garter Bar on the LK150 Part 3 Ridge Stitch

Описание: The Ridge stitch is often called the Quaker Stitch or the Ridgeling Stitch. In Part 3 of the Garter Bar series you will learn the difference between the garter stitch and the ridge stitch and how to make little changes that dramatically change how the stitch appears Plus the demonstration will reinforce the techniques learned in the prior garter bar videos.

In this series, I am demonstrating the techniques necessary to get the most out of your KrisKrafter garter bar on the LK150.

When we work on an LK150, the Kriskrafter 6.5 mm garter bar is what is available. It features a slotted design which differs from the classic Japanese style that relies on eyelets and indentations. Because of this design difference, the techniques for success are also slightly different.

This series of videos will raise your skills using the garter bar even if your Kriskrafter style garter bar is sized for to fit another machine. Personally I have both the Japanese style and Kriskrafter 9 mm garter bars for my Brother Bulky machines yet my go-to garter bar is my Kriskrafter.
