You may know the mainline Pokemon games, like Pokemon Red, Emerald, Platinum, Black and Scarlet. You may also know some of the phone games, like Pokemon UNITE and Pokemon GO, but there's one game that seems to have fallen into obscurity: Pokemon Duel.
It may not be able to be downloaded anymore, but Pokemon Duel was a very interesting and innovative game that mixed up the Pokemon formula and turned it into a board game. It may have not been as widely recognized as the classics from the Nintendo DS, 3DS or Switch, but it's a mobile game that's fondly remembered. So let's deep dive into its story as I tell a couple of stories of me playing the game!
