Mousse
10 Hard Boiled Eggs
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Allulose
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Should take about 1 minute.
Pecan Crust
12 oz Pecans, Finely Chopped
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar Allulose
1/4 tsp Salt
3 Oz Unsalted Butter
1) Add all ingredients to a pan set over medium heat and cook for about 2 minutes or until the butter is completely melted and the pecans smell toasty.
Assembly
1) Add half of the pecan crust to a 12x8 foil pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2) After refrigerated, add the mousse and spread evenly. Sprinkle over the rest of the pecan crust. Cover and let refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
