Upper Kalama River above the locked gate from a bridge near road 7200/Wolf Creek to just above the locked gate. Weyerhaeuser permit required.
385 cfs.
Time to see if anyone reads the descriptions or even gets very far into these videos. About that pin and swim...yep, I had no business trying to bounce or slide off that rock. Initially, I thought it looked friendlier from a distance but quickly realized that wasn't the case. I still seemed to have target fixated on it and took it straight on. Ended a long swim-less streak I was proud of.
