Ingredientes:
*Arroz blanco - 2 tazas (grano largo - Mahatma).
*Leche entera - Medio galon. Si lo quieren mas aguadito, poner mas leche. Si lo quieren mas espeso, menos leche. Aqui le puse mas leche.
*Leche evaporada - 12 oz
*Azúcar - al gusto
*Agua - 5 tazas o mas hasta que se ablanda el arroz
*Palitos de canela - 2 pallitos

Proceso:

1.Agregue 5 tazas de agua a una olla y agregue los pallitos de canela y deje hervir.
2.Una vez que haya hervido el agua que contiene los pallitos de canela, añadir el arroz (lavo el arroz para eliminar cualqier impurezas). Hervir todo hasta que el arroz esté blandito. Si el arroz no se ablanda, agregue más agua y continúe hirviendo hasta que esté suave.
3. Una vez que el arroz este blandito, agrega leche entera y leche evaporada. Llevar a hervir.
4. En una olla aparte, agregué leche y azúcar y los llevé a hervir. Despues, agregué esta mezcla a la olla de arroz con leche para endulzarlo.
5. Ajustar aqui, si lo quieren mas aguadito, poner mas leche. Si lo quieren mas espeso, omitir leche. Aqui le puse mas leche.

Ingredients:
White rice - 2 cups (long grain - Mahatma).
Whole milk - Half a gallon. For a soupier consistency, add more milk. For a thicker consistency, less milk. Here I added more milk.
Evaporated milk - 12 oz
*Sugar to taste
Water - 5 cups or more until rice is tender
Cinnamon sticks - 2 sticks

Process:

1. Add 5 cups water to a pot and add the cinnamon sticks and bring to a boil.
2.Once the water containing the cinnamon sticks has boiled, add the rice (I wash the rice to remove any impurities). Boil everything until the rice is soft. If the rice does not soften, add more water and continue to boil until soft.
3. Once the rice is soft, add whole milk and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil.
4. In a separate pot, I added milk and sugar and brought them to a boil. Then, I added this mixture to the pot of rice pudding to sweeten it.
5. Adjust here, if you want a soupier consistency, add more milk. If you want it thicker, omit milk. Here I added more milk.
