Описание: Home prices have fallen significantly in Boise, Idaho and Sacramento, CA. From May 2022’s highs, the median sold price in Boise has fallen 18% and in Sacramento it has declined by 15%. The Boise housing market and Sacramento real estate market are also seeing huge increases in the share of price reductions compared to the past few years.
