Screwfix - “Within Digital Development I oversee the design and experience of our cross channel platforms and new innovations. I improve the customer experience, making it more convenient and user-friendly. As a department we are generally working on around 25 projects from all areas of the business, looking at their feasibility and what is technically possible then working on them on a project by project basis.
