Broccoli Potato Sabzi
Recipe:
Ingedients:
. Broccoli - 3 cups
. Potato - 1 large
. Onion - 1
. Tomato - 1
. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
. Oil
. Turmeric
. Garam Masala - 1 tsp
. Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
. Pavbhaji Masala - 1 tsp
. Coriander Powder - 1tsp
. Gram Flour - 1 tbsp
. Salt to taste
Method:
. Add oil in pan. When oil is hot enough, add cumin seeds.
. Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes golden in color.
. Then add tomato and saute for a minute.
. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute well.
. Add tumeric powder, garam masala, pavbhaji masala, red chile powder, coriander powder. Mix well and saute till masala leaves oil.
. Then add chopped potatoes. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
. When potato is half cooked, add broccoli and saute.
. Add salt. Sprinkle gram flour. Mix well. Cover and cook sabzi till done. Broccoli Potato Sabzi is ready.
Tips:
. You can also add cumin powder in sabzi.
. Always add broccoli when potato is half cooked.
