We had driven the previous week at Traylor Ranch and found to our pleasure that the county had bulldozed some of the trails with a blade to make it smooth and free of dips. Prior to this there were some sections that made the wagon feel like we were riding on a washboard but during this drive we found that the county had finished all of the trails so Traylor Ranch has become a driving paradise! Better too for horseback riders, groups of bird watchers, joggers and hikers. All the rough stretches are now smooth as glass and uniform width.
 
It started out as a very foggy morning and it had lifted a little by our 10 AM drive time but no sun at all and it was still very cold, but luckily not breezy. Laura took the first video clip of me driving her girls and after that I had her go around again with Terri and in some other areas after that too to get shots of them driving on the new, smooth roadway. It looks like we are in a picture postcard!
