Описание: PDF Spaces is a new feature in Adobe Acrobat Studio that turns your PDFs and other files into an AI-powered knowledge workspace. Instead of digging through folders of files, you can bring PDFs, Word docs, presentations, webpages, and even video transcripts into a single PDF Space and ask questions and gain insights across all your files at once.

In this video, you’ll see how PDF Spaces works from start to finish. We’ll build a complete knowledge space using real-world files like employee handbooks, benefits overview, training materials, and a YouTube transcript, then use Acrobat’s AI Assistant to summarize information, surface insights, and answer questions.

You’ll also learn how personas change the way AI responds, so you can tailor the AI’s behavior to match different roles. Lastly, we’ll look at how to share a PDF Space with others who might benefit from the information it contains, giving them their own guided workspace and AI assistant to help them understand what matters to them in the files.
